We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

When making a booking through Umayya Travel, you agree to the following payment terms:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
• Full payment is typically required 30 days before departure for package tours
• All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise specified, and are subject to change until confirmed

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked and the service providers involved. General guidelines include:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure may not be eligible for refunds

Umayya Travel acts as an agent for travel service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the acts or defaults of any company or person providing services. We recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
• Ensure all travelers have valid passports and required visas for their destinations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your travels

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cordoba, Spain. As we operate within the European Union, your rights as a consumer are also protected under EU consumer protection laws.
